Ralph recently relocated to SW Florida where he had been spending time with his family over the last 20+ years. Ralph brings a wealth of experience in the area's of digital and traditional marketing as well as having closed over 1000 real estate transactions in his career.
A fixture in the business community in Southeastern Wisconsin for the better part of the last 30 years and in the real estate industry since 1999, Ralph now spends his time between his two homes in SW Florida and SE Wisconsin with offices and a fully capable team of professionals in several locations throughout the country including the Kenosha (SE Wisconsin) Chicagoland, Charleston SC, Dallas TX, Tampa, Sarasota and Fort Myers markets .
In addition to managing his team and coaching his agents to success, Ralph is personally active in the SW Florida Market specializing in marketing waterfront properties in Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and Cape Coral, FL
Growing up in Kenosha, WI Ralph's family owned several businesses.
Ralph's first job in Sales was as a "telemarketer" in 1989 and an assistant to a successful local real estate broker. After serving in the US Air Force from early 1991 to the end of 1994, Ralph joined his family business in the automotive industry gaining valuable experience in marketing, branding and finance. In 1999 Ralph left the family business to pursue a career in the real estate industry, and worked as a mortgage loan officer, and mortgage broker. During those years Ralph became an expert not only in mortgages but also in marketing and began a system of training real estate agents on how to market and convert buyer leads. In 2006 Ralph started a real estate company with a vision of providing "Raving Fan Service".
Ralph grew his company and thrived while other companies suffered during the great recession by marketing pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties as well as helping homeowners that needed to sell.
As the market recovered, Ralph along with his business partner Ben Gentile reinvented real estate marketing in Southeastern Wisconsin and Northeastern Illinois creating quality content based marketing.
After owning their own brokerage(s) for 12 years, Success Realtors, Inc joined eXp Realty along with their 19 agents to become the largest team in Southeastern Wisconsin to join eXp Realty.
